A Musical Weekend in Barnstable
Here's a quick look at some of the things happening in Barnstable this weekend.
Piano at Paddock
Gail Porciello will perform Friday and Saturday evening at The Paddock Restaurant & Bar, 20 Scudder Avenue, Hyannis. Porciello will perform piano and vocals each weekend, through Nov. 9.
Hazy, Hot & Humid
Hazy, Hot & Humid perform on "The Deck" at the Cape Codder Resort and Spa Friday and Saturday from 6 to 9 p.m. The band will be on stage every weekend through Columbus Day Weekend.
Saturday Jazz
Bob Hayes and Society by the Sea will perform in this weekend's free jazz concert at Bismore Park. The show will take place Saturday, Sept. 28, from 2 to 3 p.m.
Fall For the Arts Free Concert
CrabGrass, a bluegrass band comprised of Les Beavan on banjo, Chris Miner on mandolin, Steve Finch and Dan Fortier on rhythm & lead guitars, and Steve Healey on bass, will perform on the Hyannis Village Green, Sunday, Sept 29, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. The free concert is part of the "Treasures of Yarmouth and Hyannis Scavenger Hunt."
