How did this person, place or experience make a difference in your life or community this year?

Not only does Jennifer and the staff support individuals and families with home care, Hart Home Health Care is very involved with the Bucks County community. They participate with Caring for Friends, Toys for Tots and sponsors local youth programs.

What would you like everyone in town to know about your nominee?

They are always supportive and enhancing the community.
