Applications Open For 2024 Hyannis Snack Shack Popup
Applications to rent the Snack Shack at the Hyannis Harbor Overlook are now available. Here's what to know.

HYANNIS, MA — The Town of Barnstable invites culinary entrepreneurs and food service professionals to apply to rent the Snack Shack at the Hyannis Harbor Overlook. The Snack Shack, located adjacent to the HyArts Artist Shanties, offers a highly-visible and low-cost pop-up location available to rent by food service providers.
Program dates are scheduled for June through November, with the Snack Shack available for rental up to six days at a time. Applications will be accepted on a first come-first served basis and are available on the following website: businessbarnstable.com/snack-shack-at-hyannis-harbor-overlook/

This program is a result of collaborative efforts between the Town of Barnstable and MassDevelopment. In 2022 Town of Barnstable was awarded a $45,000 Challenge Grant through MassDevelopment’s TDI Program for the creation of a new Snack Shack program for shared food vendor use, with new built-in restaurant-grade equipment.
