CAPE COD, MA — The Centerville-Osterville-Marstons Mills Fire Department's newest chief is a Barnstable High School graduate.

Chief Patrick Hill’s journey in the fire service began after graduating from Barnstable High School in 1998, followed by earning an associate degree in Fire Science from Cape Cod Community College, C.O.M.M. officials shared.

"During his military tenure, he demonstrated strong leadership, being selected as Dorm Chief in Basic Training and later graduating as Class President from the Louis F. Garland Fire Academy in 2004."
