BARNSTABLE, MA — More than 320,000 Massachusetts homes and businesses are still without power. Cape Cod and the South Shore were hit particularly hard by the wicked nor'easter that blew through Massachusetts.

As of Thursday morning, 21,012 customers in Barnstable were still without power, according to the Massachusetts Management Agency. That's 67 percent of the entire town. Barnstable and the rest of Massachusetts could face several more days without power, Gov. Charlie Baker said in a Wednesday news conference.

"I'm sure that anybody who lives anywhere between sort of Quincy and the end of the Cape can probably not have to go very far to find a really good example of how rough this storm was on their communities."
