Here's Who Won Barnstable's Contested Town Council Races
Unofficial vote totals are in for Barnstable's contested council races. Here's what to know.

BARNSTABLE, MA — In Barnstable's six — or seven, depending on how you look at it — contested council races, one vote could make or break a candidate.

In Precinct 6, Paul Neary held on in a technically uncontested race, but featured a late addition to the slate in write-in candidate Paul Phalan.
