Cape Cod Gateway Airport To Host PFA Mitigation Meeting

Airport officials say they've made significant progress in mitigating PFAs on the airport property.

BARNSTABLE, MA — Cape Cod's Gateway Airport has been working to mitigate per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances, known as PFAS, on the airport property.

Now, airport officials said they've made significant progress in doing so, and are set to host a public meeting to share an update.

Cape Cod Gateway Airport Manager Katie Servis and the Airport’s environmental consultants from Horsley Witten Group will provide that update on Aug. 7 at 6 p.m. at Barnstable Town Hall.
