TRURO, MA — A Cape Cod man is the winner of the multi-state Lucky for Life game, matching the first five numbers on his ticket to those selected in the March 5 drawing.

David Perry, of North Truro, opted for a one-time cash payment of $390,000. He claimed his prize at the Massachusetts State Lottery headquarters in Dorchester on March 7.

Perry bought his winning ticket at Blackfish Variety in Wellfleet. The store will receive a $5,000 bonus for the sale.
