Community Remembers JFK at Lewis Bay Waterfront

A group of community members and officials laid a wreath at the JFK Memorial on Nov. 22, the 50th Anniversary of John F. Kennedy's assassination.

Despite clouds and persistent rain on Friday morning, Nov. 22, a group of about 50 people gathered at the John F. Kennedy Memorial on the Lewis Bay Waterfront to recognize the 50th anniversary of President Kennedy's assassination.
 
The National Anthem and God Bless America were sung and taps was played during the short ceremony.
