No Injuries In Eastham Fire, Officials Say
All occupants of the home were accounted for and uninjured. The fire was brought under control in about 30 minutes.
EASTHAM, MA — No one was injured in an Eastham fire this week, officials said.
At approximately 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, the Eastham Fire Department received a dispatch for a garage fire at 80 Runway Lane.
A line response from surrounding communities was called to the scene to assist with extinguishment, checking for fire spread and ensuring that the fire was completely extinguished, officials said.

The first arriving unit found an attached garage with "a heavy volume of fire and a working fire assignment was called for, which brought additional resources to the scene and coverage to Eastham," officials said.
All occupants were accounted for and uninjured. The fire was brought under control in about 30 minutes.

The cause of the fire is undetermined and is being investigated by Massachusetts State Police Troopers assigned to the Fire Marshal’s office, Eastham fire officials said.
