Nonagenarian Pleads Not Guilty to Vehicular Homicide

A 97-year-old Cotuit man pleaded not guilty in Barnstable District Court Thursday to motor vehicle homicide, according to the Cape Cod Times.

Albin S. Emberg, 97, of Cotuit pleaded not guilty Thursday in Barnstable District Court to a charge of motor vehicle homicide, stemming from an incident that involved single car accident on Aug. 24 that killed his passenger, Margaret Kingsbury, 88, according to the Cape Cod Times.

Emberg is scheduled for a pretrial hearing on September 20.
