Most people would agree that fries are unhealthy. But a new restaurant in Hyannis wants to challenge that notion.
3 Potato 4, located in the Cape Cod Mall, hopes to demonstrate potatoes' nutritional benefits with their locally-sourced, organic fries.
Potatos get a bad rap, they said in a press release. After all, potatoes are rich in antioxidants and vitamin A, have more potassium than a banana, and contain 37 percent of your daily value of vitamin C.
All of the baked fries will be vegan and vegetarian and will come with a variety of homemade dipping sauces and natural sea salts.
“We are thrilled to now be open at Cape Cod Mall and can’t wait for our guests to come in and experience the unique potato creations we have to offer here at 3 Potato 4,” Joshua Komenda, owner, said in a press release.
