In Falmouth, local police issued a warning to drivers and a few roads were problematic.

"We have several sections of roadway that are flooded. If a puddle looks like it is difficult to drive through, please do not attempt to do so. If your vehicle becomes disabled in a puddle, tow truck companies will not assist you until the waters subsides," police said around 2 p.m. on Monday.

There were multiple issues in Provincetown as a fire on the 670 block of Commercial Street caused a road closure as mutual aid was needed.

Police were also at the scene for a pole fire at the Sandcastle Hotel, 929 Commercial St.
