Childrens' Theater Check out the all-kid theater production of "Honk!," a musical tale of the ugly duckling presented by the Kids on Broadway Junior Theater. Tickets are $10, and children age three and under and free. Performances are from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday at the South Congregational Church in Centerville.
Free Summer Concert Bring beach chairs and blankets while taking in the harbor view and enjoying local bands at the free summer concert series at 6 p.m. on Friday night at Aselton Park in Hyannis. There will be free art projects for kids each show provided by the Cotuit Center for the Arts, as well as live musicians, jugglers and more. The Sarah Swain Band will perform country hits.
Live Jazz A Cape favorite for more than 30 years, the Bart Weisman Group will be performing at 8 p.m. on Friday at Grand Cru Wine Bar & Grill on Iyannough Road in Hyannis. Weisman has opened for the Boston Pops, played for celebrities and presidents and is the Executive Producer & Performer for the annual Provincetown Jazz Festival.
Free Ice Cream on Sunday: The Hood Cream truck will make a stop in Centerville on Sunday at the Pops by the Sea event around 5 p.m. to offer free samples of its "Original Crab Bisque" flavor.
