Your Guide: Benefit Concert for Homeless Prevention Council
A closer look at an event this weekend.
The Labor of Love Concert to benefit the Homeless Prevention Council will be held at Aselton Park on Saturday, August 31.
Jo & Co will perform at the free concert hosted by DJ Suzanne Tonaire from Dunes 102. The performance is scheduled to start at 5:30 and end at 7 p.m.
The featured entertainment has a close connection to the cause.
 “The Homeless Prevention Council personally helped my family out of a difficult situation we found ourselves in a few years ago. It really feels good to organize this concert to help give back and raise funds to help other community members," said Jo & Co lead singer Moanna Meager.
