1. Bedford Public Schools Closed: Bedford Public Schools will be closed today in light of the severe weather expected as a result of Hurricane Sandy. Make sure to check in with Bedford Patch throughout the storm for updates. Add your own photos, videos and stories from the storm to our site.

2. Today in Public Meetings: According to the town website public meetings posted for today include the Fiscal Planning and Coordinating Committee at 6:30 p.m. and the Selectmen at 7:30 p.m.

3. BHS Soccer: The Bedford High School boys varsity soccer team will take on the Concord-Carlisle High School Patriots at 4 p.m. at BHS.
