• Car Crashes at Post Office (thebedfordcitizen.org) — An elderly driver accidentally struck a window and mailbox at the Bedford Post Office in the Marketplace plaza, but no injuries were reported and police issued no citations. In a separate Dec. 29 incident on Great Road near Blue Ribbon Plaza, Bedford Police responded to a minor crash that escalated into a road-rage argument, reminding drivers to stay in their cars and call police if tempers flare.
