1. Happy Halloween!: With trick-or-treating still happening tonight despite the worst Hurricane Sandy had to offer, here are some tips from the Bedford Police Department on how to stay safe on Halloween.

Bedford Public Schools and MCC Questionable:Â With power outages in Bedford jumping back up Tuesday night, Bedford High School, John Glenn Middle School Lane Elementary School and Middlesex Community College are without power. Official announcement for schools opening in Bedford and at MCC will come early Tuesday morning. Check the Bedford Schools website and the MCC facebook page for updates as they become available.
3. Today in Public Meetings: According to the town website public meetings posted for today include the Capital Expenditure Committee at 8:30 p.m.
