Is Trick Or Treating on for Halloween Night?

Town of Bedford officials are reporting trick-or-treating will proceed as planned Wednesday night, according to the town's facebook page:

At this time, the Town has no plans to recommend that citizens delay Halloween celebrations. It is recommended that you plan trick-or-treat routes during daylight hours, taking into consideration the conditions in your neighborhood.
