New Subdivision Presented to Bedford Planning Board

A four-home subdivision off Chelmsford Road has been presented to the Planning Board for consideration.

The subdivision, submitted by applicant and owned by Onivoi LLC, would be on a cul de sac called Frances Lane, according to a story on the Bedford Citizen website. The name may change because it is similar to another road in town.

The project is on a 4.65 acre parcel at 29A Chelmsford Road, and would require an easement for a catch basin for storm water management, according to the article.
