• How iRobot lost its way home (techcrunch.com) — Bedford residents may recall that iRobot, maker of the Roomba and founded in Bedford in 1990, has now filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy after a failed Amazon acquisition and mounting competition. The company’s main Chinese supplier will take control during restructuring, and iRobot says existing products and app services should continue for now, though long‑term support remains uncertain.
