Police: Three Arrests and Other Halloween Mischief

9:55 a.m.- A student at John Glenn Middle School was arrested for disorderly conduct and malicious destruction of property. The responding officer transported the student to the Bedford Police Department, and later to Juvenile Court in Framingham.
2:37 p.m.- Police received a call reporting an "irate taxpayer at Town Hall. The responding officer reported . He was later bailed out by a bail commissioner.Â

6:16 p.m.- The Lowell Police Department reported probable cause for  for a past domestic assault and battery in Lowell. BPD officers arrested Tolman. LPD was notified and responded.Â
Other Entries From the Log
11:26 a.m.- A caller reported they were locked out of their vehicle and requested police assistance. The officer was unable to lock the vehicle and the reporting person made other arrangements.
11:55 a.m.- Police received a call reporting a tree down on wires near 339 North Road. The responding officer reported a tree was on a primary wire. NSTAR was notified.Â
3:34 p.m.- A caller reported a white pickup truck being operated erratically at a high rate of speed on Foster Road. The responding officer checked the area but the vehicle was gone on arrival.
3:46 p.m.- Police recieved a call reporting a loose dog on McMahon Road. The responding officer held onto the dog until the owner came to pick it up.
5:12 p.m.- A caller reported a group of chickens roaming around in the middle of the street near 358 Great Road. The responding officer reported the chickens were gone by the time he arrived.Â
7:51 p.m.- BPD received a call reporting vandalism to a fence at 2 Sorens Way.
8:17 p.m.- Police received a call from a resident of Davis Road reporting a car drove by and gunshots were fired. Officers reported fireworks went off in the area.Â
10:17 p.m.- An officer completed a patrol of Revolutionary Ridge Road and reported a few sheets of toilet paper in the trees.
10:45 p.m.- Police recieved a call reporting a vehicle being operated erratically on Page Road at Dunster Road, weaving across the yellow line. The responding officer reported he found the vehicle, but that it was locked up on the side of the road with no one around.
