5 Things: Hearing Screening at the Beech, Create a Gift for Mom

1. The 2013 annual Belmont Town Meeting will resume for a fourth night at 7 p.m. in the Belmont High School auditorium. See it, or read it, live on Belmont Media Center and at Belmont Patch.

2. It's Storytime for 1's in the Flett Room across from the Children's Room at the Belmont Public Librayr. This program, for walkers and toddlers under 24 months, is about sharing simple stories, songs, finger plays, nursery rhymes and puppets. The fun starts at 10:30 a.m.

3. Receive a free hearing test, and if needed, have your hearing aid batteries replaced at a free Hearing Screening from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Beech Street Center. Mass Audiology offers this service free of charge to all. Make your appointment by calling 617-993-2970 or by stopping by the front desk.

4. Come over to Paprika Kids at 404 Trapelo Rd. and make a project for your mom. The store will provide the material to create a gift for Mothers Day. No registration needed, just come by from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
