After Two Day Delay, Concord Ave. Repair Underway
Finally, upper Concord Avenue road work gets underway tomorrow, Thursday, Sept. 9.

After a two day delay, work on upper Concord Avenue– a main route from Belmont Center to points west including Lexington – from Pleasant to Mill streets will begin today, Thursday, Sept. 9, as the town lays storm drains and reconstruct the road.
Concord Avenue will be closed to through traffic during construction hours starting at 8 a.m. and end around 5 p.m., depending on the crew working that day.
Police details will be positioned at Pleasant and Mill streets making sure only those with business on the street are allowed to pass.

All others will be directed to follow the detour route of Mill Street, Trapelo Road, Pleasant Street.
