Belmont Represented at Annual Benefit Honoring Fallen Police

Belmont's Police Chief attends fundraiser for memorial fund.

Belmont resident (from left) Melissa Morley, Belmont native Patrick Brusch, Belmont Police Chief Richard McLaughlin and O’Neill and Associates Vice President and Belmont native Amy Claire Brusch attended a benefit to honor New England police officers who lost their lives in the line of duty last year.

The event, which took place at Johnny’s Half Shell in Washington D.C. and raised money for the officers’ memorial fund, included representatives from various Nee England police departments including Springfield, Watertown, Cambridge, Natick, Tyngsborough, Cambridge, Fall River, Arlington, Belmont, Canton, Winchester and Westfield as well as the MIT Police Department, Maine State Police, Massachusetts State Police and the New England Police Benevolent Association.

O'Neill Associates, 7-Eleven, JetBlue, Pepsi, L3 and TransCOR co-sponsored the event.
