Fall's Coming And Leaves Will Need To Be Disposed
The Highway Department issues leaf regulations for the coming season.
One of the most beautiful seasons in New England is the fall: The multitude of colors leaves turn each autumn provides residents and visitors a natural spectacle.
Those leaves will also need to be disposed after they eventually fall.
The Belmont Highway Department has issued rules and regulations on getting rid of the mountain of leaves that most residents will be coping with next month.
