Meet the "new" Marauder.  According to Belmont High School Principal, Dan Richards, the Belmont faculty, staff, students, and coaches voted since last week on a new Belmont High School logo. "It was a close race between the traditional and the more contemporary Marauder but in the long run, the contemporary look won," he said today, Wednesday, May 1.  Richards has been working with a company to create an on-line store for the school. Part of the package of services offers the school is to revisit the current logo and provide other renditions of the mascot.
