Following a 2023 revision to the city's Home Rule Charter, Beverly expanded its School Committee and added two (2) new district-based seats: District A and District B; these seats will first be filled by candidates elected in the November 4, 2025 municipal election.

All elected members of the School Committee, including those representing districts, serve two (2)-year terms, excepting the Mayoral term is four (4) years as of this election also due to the revision of the city’s Home Rule Charter. Also, by way of information, the ward seats are uncontested excepting ‘write-in’ candidates. Only the Mayoral and District A & B seats are contested.

The charter amendment increased the total number of School Committee members from seven (7) to nine (9), which is comprised of the following members.
