After Tough Loss, Panther Football to Enter Postseason at Hurd on Saturday
The No. 4 seed Beverly High School football team starts the postseason on Saturday afternoon, Nov. 1 at Hurd Stadium.

The Beverly Panthers football team will enter the Division 3 Northeast postseason tournament on Saturday with an home game.
The bracket pairings were announced Sunday by the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association. Beverly ended the season as with a 28-27 loss to SWampscott after the Big Blue scored twice in the final four minutes of the game.
Beverly is the No. 4 seed with a 10.0 power ranking. Masconomet (6-1) has the No. 1 seed with a power ranking of 17.43 in Division 3 Northeast.

Beverly will host No. 5 Wilmington (3-4) at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 1 at Hurd Stadium.
The winner will face the winner of No. 1 Masconomet vs. No. 8 Revere on a date and time to be decided.
