Arizona Man Arrested For Disorderly Conduct

The following is an excerpt from the Beverly Police Department:
Wednesday, Dec. 5
- A laptop was reported either stolen or lost from Beverly High School at 2:43 p.m.
- Threats were reported from Odell Street at 2:47 p.m.
- Smoke was seen coming from the roof of a McKay Street residence at 4:22 p.m. Beverly Fire determined it was a boiler problem.
- Police spoke to a woman on Cabot Street at 7:14 p.m., who reported that she believed she was drugged Tuesday night.
- A vehicle was reported broken into on Cabot Street at 9:28 p.m.

- At 1:24 a.m. police were called to Hale Street on report of a disturbance. Police arrested Preston Barrett, 45, of Marana, Arizona, on charges of disorderly conduct.
- A driving complaint in the Hannah Elementary parking lot was reported at 9:52 a.m.
- Police assisted with traffic caused by a small fire on Dodge Street at 12:32 p.m.
- Police assisted during a three-alarm fire at 5 Lakeview Street at 1:15 p.m.
- A fight on Park Street was reported at 2:43 p.m. Police arrested Paul Fessenden, 23, of 139 Park St., on warrant charges.
- Police and Fire were called to the McLean Building on report of a stove fire at 7:49 p.m. Units cleared the scene at 10:17 p.m.
- A four-wheeler was reported stolen on Park Street at 10:46 p.m.
Friday, Dec. 7
- Police were called to Cross Street at 7:12 a.m. on report of a refridgerator on the side of the road.
- Police were made aware of a man possibly driving under the influence on Kernwood Ave at 10:05 a.m.
- A wallet was reported stolen from a vehicle on Cabot Street at 10:38 a.m.
- A vehicle break-in was reported on Enon Street at 12:20 a.m.
