Beverly Christmas Tree Lighting Planned for Friday Night

The Christmas Tree on Beverly Common will be lit during an event on Friday night, Nov. 28.

The festivities, sponsored by People’s United Bank, are slated to start at 7 p.m.

There will be hot chocolate and Christmas cookies served and the Beverly High School Choral Group is scheduled to perform.

Santa Claus will also arrive at some point during the event and help light the tree.
