Beverly Fix-It Clinic Set For Main Library Sohier Room

The Beverly Waste Reduction Committee is sponsoring the event where residents are invited to come see how to fix small household items.

BEVERLY, MA — Beverly residents are invited to bring small electronics and other household items on the fritz to a free fix-it clinic at the Main Library Sohier Room this weekend.

The Beverly Waste Reduction Committee is sponsoring the events where Essex Tech students will help disassemble and troubleshoot items to give them a second life rather than have them end up in the trash.

Small appliances, bikes, computers, clothing and other electronics are among the items that can be tinkered with and tuned up for reuse.
