Beverly Hospital Rated 'High Performing' In 5 Categories: New Report

The hospital got high marks in heart failure, chronic pulmonary disease, hip replacement knee replacement and pneumonia.

BEVERLY, MA — Beverly Hospital earned "high-performing" marks in five care categories, according to the newly released U.S. News & World Report rankings of Best Hospitals across the country.

Beverly Hospital was rated as high-performing in five adult procedures and conditions: congestive heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, hip replacement, knee replacement and pneumonia.

U.S. News evaluated nearly 5,000 hospitals across 15 specialties and 20 procedures and conditions. Hospitals awarded a "Best" designation excelled at factors such as clinical outcomes, level of nursing care and patient experience.
