Beverly Students Honored At Adelphi, Belmont, Delaware, NYIT, SHNU

BEVERLY, MA — These Beverly students were among those recently earning academic or athletic distinctions at colleges, universities and schools across the nation.

Beverly students Angel Deschamps, Cameron Doherty and Thomas Keene were named to the fall 2024 Dean's List at Roger Williams University in Bristol, R.I. Full-time students who complete 12 or more credits per semester and earn a GPA of 3.4 or higher are placed on the Dean's List that semester.

Molly Delorenzo graduated with a B.S. in Architecture in May as part of the Class of 2024 at Roger Williams University. Zachary Lang graduated with a B.S. in Engineering in May as part of the Class of 2024.

Eastern Connecticut State University recently released its Dean's List for the fall 2024 semester, in which more than 1,300 students were recognized for maintaining high GPAs. Among them was Gledis Levenishti of Beverly, a sophomore who majors in Biochemistry.

Southern New Hampshire students who were named to the President's List with a GPA of 3.7 or above were Justin Butters, Anna Vertiyev, Dyland Terry, Olivia Sholler, Alexa Xiarhos, Sarah Allushi, Jaimee McNulty and Grace Luvanda.

Students named to the SNHU fall Dean's List with a GPA of 3.5 to 3.699 were Samir Ismail and Sarah Vallette.

Gianna Baglioni Mathias, Jodanny Torres and Vallette were named to the SNHU summer President's List.

Jeremmy Pena was named to the summer SNHU Dean's List.

Dabria Allardice, Azariah Bogues, Emma Burke, Lillian Grant, Nicolas Johnson, Kylie McCarthy and Samantha Sprissler were named to the Curry College Dean's List this fall.

Lila Pasquarello and Grace Perkins were part of this fall's first-year class at the College of the Holy Cross.

Beverly resident Harlowe Healey has enrolled at James Madison University for the fall 2024 semester. Healey is majoring in Economics - BBA.

Owen McCarthy joined the first-ever cohort of ARCH Scholars at the College of Charleston Honors College this fall. The ARCH Scholars Program offers a two-year cohort experience for highly capable incoming college students. The program is housed within the College of Charleston Honors College and stands for Achievement Realized through Community in Honors.

Sarah Low began attending the Honors College at the College of Charleston starting this fall.

Findley Moran and Molly Derrane were named to the University of Delaware Dean's List for the spring 2024 semester.

Emerson College awarded approximately 1,045 undergraduate degrees to the Class of 2024 during the 144th Commencement, including Vanecia Niamoko, who earned a BA in Media Arts Production.

The following Beverly residents were named to Clark University's spring 2024 Dean's List: Natasha Devlin was named to first honors, Juliet Ekborg was named to second honors, Mars Goodwin was named to first honors, Erin Kilcoyne was named to second honors, Eva Parga was named to second honors, Maggie Skelly was named to first honors.

The University of Hartford said William Kilcoyne was named to the President's List for the spring 2024 semester.

The University of Tampa hosted a commencement ceremony on May 4 to honor the 1,717 degree-seeking candidates at the University's 158th commencement, including Natalia Francis who earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing BS

Amy McCaffrey was named to Adelphi University's spring 2024 Semester Dean's List. McCaffrey was among a select group of outstanding students recognized by Adelphi's deans of Arts and Sciences, Education and Health Science, Business, Nursing and Public Health, Social Work and Psychology for superior academic performance.

Nazareth University said MacKenzie Gilligan of Beverly was named to the dean's list for the fall 2024 semester.

The following local students were named to Lasell University's fall 2024 Dean's List: Victoria Kepler, Emily Stilwell and Payton Andrews.

Nicholas Andre Gagnon graduated from Paul Smith's College in December 2024. Gagnon earned an AS in Integrative Studies from Paul Smith's College.

Belmont University released the Dean's List for the fall 2024 semester, including Keegan Donoghue and Ashley DuKatz.

More than 100 first-generation students from Eastern Connecticut State University were inducted into the Tri Alpha National Honor Society on Nov. 8, recognizing their academic achievements despite the challenges of being the first in their families to attend college.

Among those inducted was Gledis Levenishti, a sophomore from Beverly studying Biochemistry.

Hofstra Votes LIVE, the award-winning, multi-platform election night broadcast, produced by The Lawrence Herbert School of Communication, aired on election night, after weeks of intense preparation and rehearsal. Among the participating students was Clara Pedro, a Video/Television And Film major.

Malcolm Zeroka, who presented "Utilizing the BardyDx Low-Profile ECG Telemetry Monitor as a Non-Invasive Diagnostic Tool on Cardiac Patients," was one of 11 students representing the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine (NYITCOM) at the national Osteopathic Medical Education Conference (OMED).

The annual conference is the world's largest gathering of osteopathic physicians (D.O.s). This year's event was held in San Antonio, Texas from Sept. 20-22.

St. Lawrence University welcomed Taylor Stacey as a member of the Class of 2028. Stacey attended Pingree School.
