The Cabot Presents Diverse Lineup of Music, Comedy & Community Events
The Cabot hosts community talks, jazz legend Branford Marsalis, dance divas, Taylor Swift tributes, and comedian Jimmy Dunn this week.

The historic Cabot theater in Beverly kicks off an eclectic week of programming with a free community event focused on relationship health and safety. "Breaking the Cycle," scheduled for Wednesday, January 15 at 7:00 pm, will feature insights from the Essex County District Attorney's Office and HAWC (Healing Abuse Working for Change) exploring coercive control and recent Massachusetts legislation.
Grammy Award-winning jazz virtuoso Branford Marsalis brings his acclaimed quartet to The Cabot on Friday, January 17 at 8:00 pm. Known for his masterful saxophone playing and wide-ranging musical versatility, Marsalis continues to be one of contemporary music's most influential figures.
Saturday night welcomes "Muse: A Salute to Divas of Dance" featuring vocalists Jacyn, Lauren, Sheree, and Ananda performing high-energy dance hits backed by the Muse House Band. Comedian Kelly MacFarland hosts this celebration of female artists from disco to the present day.

The weekend concludes with two performances of "Let's Sing Taylor" on Sunday, January 19, offering Swifties the chance to experience Taylor Swift's catalog performed live at 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Both shows are reporting limited ticket availability.
Meanwhile, at Off Cabot Comedy & Events, Boston comedian Jimmy Dunn brings his standup for three shows across Friday and Saturday. Currently appearing as "Moose" on the Paramount+ reboot of "Frasier," Dunn's comedy career has included appearances on Late Show with David Letterman and at Montreal's Just For Laughs Festival.
