Road rage, locked in a bathroom, and more from the Beverly Police log.

  • Police responded to a report of a white car with two women in it, yelling at the car in front of them for going too slow on Elliott Street last Wednesday around 5 a.m. The driver of the white car allegedly side swiped the car and drove off.
  • A man with gray hair and a goatee allegedly tried to get a young woman in his car on Wednesday after she got off the bus on Cabot Street. The woman ran toward her home, and the older man sped off in a green sedan.
  • Officers responded to a report of a woman locked in a bathroom at a Cabot Street business last Wednesday around 9:30 p.m. A concerned friend agreed to take care of the woman for the evening.
  • Police took a report of a person passed out with a bottle of cooking wine on Elliott Street on Wednesday around 9:30 p.m. Authorities transported the person to the hospital.
  • A shirtless man was reportedly bothering golfers on McKay Street on Thursday around 11 a.m.
  • Officers responded to a report of a woman who took a bike for a ride from a Dodge Street bike shop and never returned on Thursday around 4 p.m. The woman left a purse with prescription pills in it.
