Creepy Beach Encounter and 'Disruptive' Child on Bus

The following is an excerpt from the Beverly Police Department activity logs:
Monday, March 4
At 1:41 p.m., police observed a taxi pick people up on Story Avenue, and the taxi company was not licensed in Beverly. Police stopped the taxi, but the passengers turned out to be family members of the driver and the driver was transporting them for free.
At 5:07 p.m., a caller on Chestnut Street reported a fight in a hallway. Christopher Burns, 28, of 3 Chestnut St., Beverly, was charged with aggravated domestic assault and battery.

At 6:28 p.m., police received a report that a male approached a female at a beach near Dane Street. The woman said she was walking along the water and a man with a beard approached her near the path to the street and tried to speak to her several times. She said that as she walked up dane Street the man drove by on a motorcycle and stopped on a side street to watch her. The man was described as a white male with a beard, multi-colored mohawk and goggles.
At 9:50 p.m., a caller reported seeing a large black and white dog, possibly injured, at the intersection of Cabot Street and Conant Street. Police did not find the dog.

Tuesday, March 5
At 11:18 a.m., police received a report of an 8-year-old girl causing a disturbance on a school bus on Cabot Street. According to police reports, the girl was "very disrespectful" to the police and the adults on the bus and police advised her to stop being disruptive or they would take her to the Police Station.
