Disorderly Conduct Arrest; Car Fire on Bridge: Beverly Police

Michael S. Decowski, 29, of 16 Fairview Avenue in Lynn was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing.

Monday, March 21

At 7:07 p.m., there was a report of a couple arguing in a parking lot on Dodge Street.

At 7:26 p.m., a woman on Cherry Hill Drive reported that she believed she was being followed by a car with tinted windows.

At 9:08 p.m., police responded to a suspicious activity call on Broadway for a report of a smashed bottle and a person being dragged into a house.

Tuesday, March 22

At 9:19 a.m., there was a car fire on the Kernwood Bridge. The fire was extinguished and the car was towed.

At 12:08 p.m., there was a report of an ongoing issue involving harassing phone calls on Cabot Street.
