Arrest
Jose Paulino Fernandez, 26, of Huntington Avenue in Dorchester was arrested and charged with distribution of a Class D drug, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, and conspiracy to violate the drug laws.

At 4:22 p.m., a box of needles was found near a trash can on Elliott Street. The needles were brought to Beverly Hospital.
At 4:29 p.m., there was a report of shoplifting at a business on Elliott Street.

At 4:39 p.m., there was a report of a sick raccoon in a backyard on Arbella Drive. It was determined that the raccoon had an injured leg and was not rabid. The raccoon limped off the property and was advised not to return.
At 4:46 p.m., there was a verbal argument between roommates on Congress Street over kitchen and bathroom use.
At 5:09 p.m., there was a disturbance at a house party on Story Avenue. Someone shaved a friend's mustache while he was sleeping, and when the friend woke up, he kicked over a shoe rack and broke a window.
At 8:26 p.m., there was a report of someone drinking a 40 ounce bottle of malt liquor in a laundromat on Cabot Street.
Monday, March 28
At 1:43 a.m., there was a report of a drunk patient causing a disturbance at Beverly Hospital.
