Melissa D. Corcoran, 36, of Newbury Street, Beverly, was arrested around 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday on Cabot Street on charges of failing to stop for police.
Officers arrested Joseph G. Parsons, 31, of Blaine Avenue, Beverly, around noon on Tuesday from Water Street on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, failing to drive within marked lanes, and reckless driving.
