Someone nearly t-boned a police cruiser, a group waved lightsabers at traffic, and someone fell asleep in an ATM

Thomas J. Kenny, 48, of Beverly, was arrested on charges of driving with a revoked license and leaving the scene of property damage after a car accident last Tuesday evening on Balch Street.

Officers responded to Essex Street last Thursday around 12:30 a.m. on a report of a car that spun out into the snow bank. Police helped push the car out.

A police cruise was almost t-boned at the intersection of Kernwood Avenue and Harris Street last Thursday afternoon, after a driver reportedly ran a stop sign without braking. The driver allegedly asked the officer if he had "cut him off" in Salem.

Troy T. Anikienko, 23, of Beverly, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, possession of a class B drug, and distributing cocaine after a traffic stop on Rantoul Street last Thursday afternoon.

Two cars on Cabot Street were found parked with their doors partially open and the interior lights on on Friday around 3 a.m. It's unclear if the vehicles were entered. One of the car had the glove compartment open.

A drunk person was reportedly sleeping in an ATM on Enon Street last Saturday around 12 a.m. Police transported them to the hospital.

Skyler J. Stevenson, 19, of Beverly, was arrested on charges of assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and assault to murder after a report of an assault with a knife on Beverly Commons Drive on Saturday around 2 p.m.

Police pulled over a car on Cabot and Colon streets after it stopped in the middle of the road on Sunday around 1 p.m. The driver said he was lost, and officers gave him directions.

John P. Euell, 26, of Salem, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license, driving an uninsured vehicle, driving an unregistered car, no inspection sticker, two charges of possession of a class B drug, and failing to register a name or address change after a traffic stop on Tuesday around 1 p.m.

Officers responded to a report of a hit and run car accident on Tuesday afternoon at Dodge and Laurel streets. A driver reportedly drifted into another car's lane on Laurel Street, scraping the car. The offending vehicle drove away.

Police responded to a report of three people waving lightsabers at cars at the intersection of Elliott and Rantoul streets on Tuesday afternoon. "Luke Skywalker" was gone when officers arrived, according to the police log.

Officers found a man sleeping in his car near Margin and Bridge streets on Wednesday around 12:30 a.m. after a fight with his girlfriend.
