Newtown Vigil Planned for Dane Street Beach Monday Night
"I want the families and friends to know that they have friends in another state," organizer Katie Morency said.

A service will be held to honor those affected by the Newtown, CT shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School, which left 27, including 20 children, dead.
"I have been so filled with grief since I heard about this shooting," organizer Katie Morency explained. "I have spent hours watching Fox and have cried everyday."
Morency said she will recite a poem, a name reading, and will say a farewell. Originally Morency said she planned to do a balloon release, but instead opted to bring flowers to the ocean.
