The New York man is accused of breaking and entering from above.

BOSTON, MA — A New York man accused of breaking into a North End residence from above was given a $3,000 bail, the Suffolk County District Attorney's office said Wednesday.

Damian Tejeda, 24, was in Boston Municipal Court on charges of breaking and entering, after being arrested inside a North End residence on Sunday.

Boston Police, who say they gave chase across the rooftops, alleged Tejeda was jumping from roof to roof in the area of Thatcher and North Margin Street, and attempted to gain entrance to multiple buildings.
