Are You a Writer? Then Patch Wants You!

Have a compelling idea? A story to tell? Then Patch wants to be the way you share it with the world.

We want to be a platform to share and amplify local voices. That can mean almost anything you want: the chronicles of life as the mom or dad of a crazy two-year-old, memories of growing up in your neighborhood 30 years ago, relationship regrets, local coffee shop recommendations, lunch suggestions. Really, almost anything!

Specifically, we are seeking community voices to feature on the Patch, on the following topics:

• personal essays
• thoughts on town happenings
• stories about love and loss
• parenting
• insights on great things to do in and around your town

Strong stories will be promoted to the top of our local pages, and even potentially featured on the Patch national homepage, for our 20 million monthly users to see.
