Arrest Made In Brighton Hatchet Assault
Boston Police have charged a man in connection with an aggravated assault and road rage incident from five days ago.

BOSTON, MA — Boston Police announced that it has identified and charged a person related to a road rage assault in Brighton on the night of Friday, May 16.
Belmont resident Andrew Oprian, 27, has been charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and willful and malicious destruction of property. Oprian is believed to have purposefully pursued another vehicle, causing it to crash on Commonwealth Avenue. He then exited his car and began assaulting the victim and the other vehicle. He then fled the scene toward the direction of Brookline.
