Arrest Made In Connection To Person Being Pushed Onto North Station Train Tracks: Report

An elderly woman was injured after being pushed down onto the tracks last Thursday.

BOSTON, MA — Transit police have arrested a person in connection with an incident that left a woman injured after she was pushed onto the train tracks at the MBTA’s North Station last week, according to a report from Boston 25 News.

Nyleamah Kinsey, 50, was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a person older than 60 years old earlier this week. According to police, the man is homeless and is known to loiter in the vicinity of the underground station often.

Revere resident Rubiela Oritz Montoya , 61, was hospitalized after the incident on Thursday, Dec. 4.
