'Campaign Built on Racism': Elizabeth Warren Rips Into 'Presumptive Nominee' Donald Trump

The Massachusetts senator hasn't minced words on the Donald in the past, but her Tuesday night tirade was especially brutal.

Boston, MA - Elizabeth Warren has hardly been easy on Donald Trump in the past, but as he all but assumed the Republican Party's nomination, the Massachusetts senator unleashed an exceptionally brutal tirade Tuesday.

Although she has not endorsed a Democratic candidate against Trump, Warren has been nipping at his heels for months now. The social media blast Tuesday was the latest instance, and perhaps the most pointed.

Republican National Committee Chair Reince Priebus called on the party to rally around Trump as its "presumptive nominee" Tuesday, after a resounding victory in Indiana that sent remaining competitor Ted Cruz packing.

Trump's anti-intellectual posturing and sometimes-crass rhetoric seems to have irreparably rubbed the academic-minded Warren the wrong way. His ascendancy to de facto GOP candidate only fueled that fire.
