The NBA player who tested positive for the new coronavirus, precipitating the league suspending the season Wednesday night, practiced at Emerson University's gym.

Rudy Gobert practiced March 6 at the Brown and Plofker gym in Boston ahead of that evening's game against the Celtics, according to the Berkley Beacon. Gobert, an All-Star for the Utah Jazz, tested positive for COVID-19 Wednesday, leading the NBA to suspend the season.

The Boston Celtics are self-quarantining in Milwaukee, Wisc., according to ESPN. The team was preparing for Thursday night's game against the Bucks, which will not take place.
