'Changes The Whole Landscape': Marijuana Home Delivery Approved In Mass.

The Cannabis Control Commission voted to approve revised rules for the industry that now allows for home delivery of marijuana.

BOSTON — In a virtual meeting, the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission voted 3-1 to approve revised rules for the industry that now allows for home delivery of marijuana.

Monday’s decision is huge for Jenny Roseman and Philip Smith who run Freshly Baked Company in Taunton. The two are not only partners but also disabled veterans who suffer from PTSD.

“Before today we really did not have a piece of the retail side of things. We are not a brick and mortar company we are a micro company. We do have manufacturing and cultivation and now we will have home delivery which makes us integrated,” Philip Smith said.
