College Student Killed In Boston Hit-And-Run, Officials Say
Police said two women were hit by a driver in Boston's Roxbury neighborhood on Saturday night, with one of them suffering fatal injuries.

BOSTON, MA — A Fisher College student died after a hit-and-run accident in Boston's Roxbury neighborhood over the weekend, according to officials.
Boston Police are still looking for the driver of an SUV, who reportedly struck 20-year-old Taylor Wilkinson and another woman in the 1800 block of Washington Street on Saturday night and fled the scene.
First responders transported Wilkinson to a nearby hospital, where she was later pronounced deceased. The other woman, a 23-year-old, had minor injuries, police said.

Police are searching for a smaller SUV, made by Mercedes around 2021-2023. It is described as dark in color, with damage to the front grille and front light and a missing right-side mirror.
Fisher College president Steven Rich said Wilkinson was "a bright and valued presence" on campus, and was pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Fashion Merchandising. Her twin sister is also a Fisher student.

"This is an unimaginable loss, and our hearts go out to her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her," Rich said in a message to the college.
Grief counseling services will be available through the school's Counseling Center and Health Services Department.
